Use Instructions
- For optimal cutting performance, select the proper knife for different ingredients to deliver better cooking experience.
- Do not chop bones with regular knives (cleavers excluded). Never use the blade to pry, poke, split food, or cut semi-frozen & fully frozen ingredients.
- Do not treat knives as multi-purpose tools such as screwdrivers. Keep blades far away from hot surfaces like stovetops. Always operate your premium STEAKSTAR knives correctly.
Daily Maintenance
- Hand washing is highly recommended for most pieces. Dishwasher cleaning is only allowed for one-piece stainless steel knives.
- Avoid heavy, forceful chopping with the knife blade.
- Clean the knife immediately after use, wipe dry with a clean cloth, then store it in a well-ventilated area.
- Prevent long-term contact between the blade and acidic/caustic liquids, including tomato sauce, lemon juice and citrus extracts, to avoid stains & corrosion.

Safety Warning
- Keep all knives out of children’s reach.
- The cutting edge is extremely sharp — avoid direct bare-hand contact with the blade.
- Do not blindly reach into drawers or containers for knives.

- Wash sharp knives separately from other tableware.
