Care & Use

【USE & CARE】STEAKSTAR Knives

Use Instructions

  1. For optimal cutting performance, select the proper knife for different ingredients to deliver better cooking experience.
  2. Do not chop bones with regular knives (cleavers excluded). Never use the blade to pry, poke, split food, or cut semi-frozen & fully frozen ingredients.
  3. Do not treat knives as multi-purpose tools such as screwdrivers. Keep blades far away from hot surfaces like stovetops. Always operate your premium STEAKSTAR knives correctly.

Daily Maintenance

  1. Hand washing is highly recommended for most pieces. Dishwasher cleaning is only allowed for one-piece stainless steel knives.
  2. Avoid heavy, forceful chopping with the knife blade.
  3. Clean the knife immediately after use, wipe dry with a clean cloth, then store it in a well-ventilated area.
  4. Prevent long-term contact between the blade and acidic/caustic liquids, including tomato sauce, lemon juice and citrus extracts, to avoid stains & corrosion.
